WMB Photo

I am a photographer based out of Bordentown, NJ, about midway between New York City and Philadelphia, specializing in performance, event and art photography. My style favors spontaneous and candid photographs with interesting composition over posed and positioned subjects. This is seen throughout my texture art, event photos, and even my performance photography, where I prefer to photograph a dress rehearsal over a staged photocall to capture the raw emotions of the actors.

I have had work published in numerous publications including the New York Times and the Huffington Post and worked with many theaters on production photos for both opera and theater. I spent two summers as the photography intern at The Glimmerglass Festival in Cooperstown, NY where I was tasked with shooting and editing production photos in a timely manner as well as documenting the goings on at the world-renowned opera company, such as special events and backstage work. I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in theater, which gives me a unique eye for the theatrical, both on stage and in everyday life. I was also on the electoral board for the Rutgers Photography Club where student photographers would share their knowledge and love of photography. As a member of the electoral board, I was charged with planning bi-weekly meetings and organizing events such as photo trips and photography shows.
